Experteer Overview As Transport Capacity & Carrier Network Specialist, you help build a robust national carrier network and secure capacity to match shipment volumes. You will work closely with the Operations team to anticipate peaks and manage relationships with carriers. You’ll analyze data to monitor performance, identify improvements, and support pricing negotiations. This role combines logistics expertise with a fast-paced, collaborative European environment, offering a meaningful impact on modernizing road freight. Responsabilità
- 3-4 years' experience in full truck load transport by road domestic
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Strong attention to detail and organized approach
- Ability to solve problems and work under stress
- Comfort solving complex challenges in a fast-paced environment
