Experteer Overview In this role, you will act as the central statistical forecast expert for the Europe Area, supporting baseline generation and deployment of global templates. You will collaborate with markets to ensure clear understanding of regional context and drive demand planning excellence aligned with the Global COE and Operational Excellence. You’ll monitor performance and KPIs, provide insights into drivers and trends, and enable uplift definitions across Regions. This position offers the chance to shape demand planning standards and contribute to a cross-country, cross-functional planning ecosystem.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Generate regional baselines using statistical tools and drive adoption of Europe Area templates across Markets
- Represent the center of statistical expertise for Europe Area and deploy Group Templates
- Develop process standards manuals and ensure alignment with regional context and business environment
- Identify key drivers impacting model development by category and customer unit,



share best practices across Regions
- Monitor Demand Planning performance and KPIs in line with Global Centre of Excellence
- Define and cascade KPIs to Regions;
serve as primary contact for demand expertise on monitoring, control, and root-cause analysis
- Collaborate with Area Hub team, Global COE, and Markets on baseline setup and uplift/forecast communication
- Support demand consolidation and communication of drivers and trends with Area teams

Responsabilità
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field
- some initial relevant experience in demand planning
- advanced English communication skills
