How You’ll Make An Impact
- You create impact: Together with your team design innovative approaches for grid operation and deliver them as robust software modules

- You connect: Build relationships within the company and actively share your knowledge and expertise. Interact with local and global external partners including universities, start-ups,



and vendors to integrate diverse perspectives and stakeholder inputs
- You communicate: Be able to clearly communicate concepts to software developers, implementation engineering teams and customers. Produce clear design docs and developer-facing examples/ notebooks that enable reuse.

Your background
- Master Electrical/Power Systems Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Master’s degree with equivalent industry experience
- Proven expertise in modelling and steady-state analyses of power grids demonstrated hands-on expertise applying these methods in software development.
- Knowledge in mathematical optimization applied to power systems, and modern numerical solvers is strongly desired (e.g., MIP/NLP, stochastic; tools such as Gurobi, CPLEX, Ipopt). Experience with machine learning and/or artificial intelligence technologies is a plus
- Proficiency in C#, C++, Rust or a similar high-level programming language is required; Python and
