SALES CORPORATE – BOLOGNA Marsh Risk is looking for a candidate to join our Sales team within the Corporate business segment, dedicated to private middle-market clients at our Bologna office.What can you expect?
- Support prospecting and commercial development activities through a consultative, specialist approach and by liaising with all company functions.
- Collaborate with the team to identify new prospects by conducting territory analyses and targeted market research.
- Manage sales negotiations autonomously (prospect research, cold calling and organizing meetings with new potential clients, preparing commercial proposals, monitoring sales KPIs and updating the CRM).
- Contribute to the development of new business opportunities in line with shared objectives.
- Understand clients’ risk exposure and support senior colleagues in advising on insurance strategy solutions and managing client portfolios.
- Understand and support clients regarding changing conditions in the insurance market and risk management.
- Achieve sales targets and manage the CRM.




- Stay up to date on industry developments and trends, attend events and conferences representing the company, and maintain a broad and influential professional network.

Requirements
- Degree in Economics, Law, Political or Social Sciences, or related fields.
- Proven professional experience in the insurance sector, preferably in commercial/sales client-facing roles.
- Good command of English (B2) in addition to Italian.
- Good knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and common IT tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills, team‑oriented with a focus on achieving objectives and results.
