Overview As a Metal Fabrication Technologist Engineer at Technogym, you will define and uphold technical standards for carpentry, welding, and machining. You will drive production efficiency, quality, and sustainability while collaborating with R&D;, Quality, and Production teams. You will lead technical documentation, training, and technology evaluation to keep our manufacturing methods state-of-the-art. Your work accelerates product feasibility, safety, and continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.Responsibilities
- Define and maintain technical standards for carpentry, welding, and machining processes
- Manage technical documentation and deliver internal training programs
- Evaluate new technologies and propose updates to existing standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D;, Quality, Production)



to ensure feasibility and compliance
- Conduct testing and validation of components to meet performance and safety requirements
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for processes and materials

Qualifications
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in carpentry, welding, and CNC machining technologies
- Strong knowledge of materials, tooling, and manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and process simulation tools
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills
