Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the service projects for protection and control systems within our grid automation unit. You will guide cross‑functional teams, shape project plans, and ensure delivery against scope, time, and budget to support reliable, sustainable power. You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage risks, and drive successful project close‑out in alignment with Hitachi Energy policies. - Lead the project team, define guidelines, allocate tasks, and monitor resources
- Co‑develop project plans with the Project Controls team, including scope, schedule, budgets, and risk plans
- Ensure execution best practices and monitor progress, financials, invoicing, and cash flow
- Identify and manage project risks and opportunities;
capture lessons learnedand formalise project closure
- Ensure contract and claims management compliance;
coordinate with Supply Chain for procurement and supplier negotiations




- Act as main customer contact and escalation point;
maintain strong stakeholder relationships and communication
- Ensure health, safety and environmental policy compliance and uphold core values of safety and integrity
- Support supplier negotiations and project changes;
maintain contractual adherence and close‑out with customer

Responsabilità
- Bachelor / Master in Engineering, preferably Electrical or Management Engineering
- 2-5 years of project management experience in industrial environments
- Experience coordinating cross‑functional, dispersed, multicultural teams
- PM certification is a plus
- Fluency in Italian and English (B2)
- Excellent communication, proactivity, and attention to detail
