We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Italian Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our Italian-speaking clients.



Act as the first point of contact for Italian-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat
Provide accurate and efficient support, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers
Fluent in Italian (written and spoken)
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
Previous experience in a customer service or support role
Availability to work full-time, including weekends and holidays if needed
Training and support to enhance your skills and knowledge
