Reporting to the Global HR Cost Controlling Manager and supporting the Compensation & Benefits Manager,



this role offers a unique opportunity to develop cross‑functional expertise in a dynamic, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor key HR KPIs — including headcount, FTEs and labour cost — through budget and forecast preparation, variance analysis and management presentations
- Support the monthly closing process, ensuring data accuracy and timely variance reporting
- Develop and maintain HR reporting tools, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR controlling processes
- Coordinate the collection and validation of HR data for the Annual Sustainability Report and the Remuneration Report
- Support the annual compensation cycle (STI, LTI and salary review) through benchmarking and market data analysis
- Analyse HR data to identify trends and support data‑driven decision‑making across reward and workforce topics
- Support the maintenance and continuous improvemen
