Experteer Overview In this role you bridge IT and business to drive process optimization and operational excellence within Product Divisions & Supply Chain. You support the ERP implementation, manage change requirements, and ensure adoption by end-users. You collaborate with process owners to identify improvements and foster a process-oriented culture. - Analyze, optimize and manage end-to-end processes within Product Divisions & Supply Chain
- Support the ERP implementation project, managing business changes requirements and software developments
- Ensure ERP processes are optimized, compliant, and fully adopted by end-users
- Collaborate with Process Owners to identify and implement improvement opportunities
- Map current and future processes and organizational architecture, fostering a process-oriented culture
- Ensure solutions are tested, adopted, and supported by end-users,



supporting key users in providing training and guidance
- Act as a change agent, influencing stakeholders across functions and driving business transformation initiatives

Responsabilità
- 5+ years of experience in end-to-end ERP implementation projects and business process reengineering
- Strong understanding of Product Division and Supply Chain processes
- Familiar with process modeling tools (e.G., Visio)
- Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable solutions
- Ability to drive change and influence stakeholders across functions without direct authority
- Proactive, results-oriented, with strong organizational and communication skills
- Fluent in English and either Italian or German
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bolzano

Requisiti fondamentali
- base salary 40,000 - 50,000 EUR
- target premio 5-10% of base salary
