Experteer Overview
In this role you will join a cross-functional team delivering data-driven solutions for manufacturing. You build internal web applications and deploy models that inform product quality decisions in a GMP context. You work across data science and software development to enable fast analytics in day-to-day workflows. This is a hands‑on, impact-focused position that combines analytics with practical software delivery to support manufacturing excellence.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Application Development (GMP + non-GMP): build and maintain internal web apps and lightweight APIs for data access and model execution;
create user-facing interfaces using Flask/Jinja with optional React;
apply modular design, testing, logging, and documentation
- Data Science & Modeling (Manufacturing): work with manufacturing data to build, evaluate, and document models for GMP environments focusing on interpretability and lifecycle considerations;
translate outcomes intooperational decisions
- Delivery Practices & Collaboration: use Git in a team setting,
contribute to maintainable solutions on internal hosting, document and ensure auditable changes in regulated and non-regulated use
Responsabilità
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Data Science, Statistics, CS, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Strong data science fundamentals: statistics, data wrangling, exploratory analysis, model building and evaluation
- Strong Python skills for analysis and application development
- Familiarity with SQL fundamentals
- Experience building user-facing applications using Flask (templates/Jinja) and basic front-end concepts (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
- Comfort with diverse datasets and iterative problem solving
- Strong collaboration and communication in cross-functional settings
