Overview Experteer OverviewIn this MAT Lead role you drive on-the-ground brand activation and lead generation through event sampling and ambassador networks. You will recruit, train, and direct the Monster Ambassadors to ensure compelling, brand-consistent experiences. You’ll oversee regional event operations, asset management, and vendor relationships while shaping the market strategy and partnerships that fuel growth. This role offers hands-on impact in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment with a clear line to sales outcomes.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Recruit, hire, and train Monster Ambassadors;
provide direction and coaching to ensure brand accuracy
- Prepare ambassadors for excellent customer interactions and flawless event execution
- Supervise operations and maintain company assets (storage facilities, inventory, vehicles, equipment)
- Execute regional strategic directions and manage market goals
- Build vendor and venue relationships;
generate sales opportunity leads




- Increase market knowledge to identify groups/organizations relevant to the target demographics
- Maintain inventory control for sales and promotional events
- Plan and manage all aspects of event planning (personnel, product delivery, transportation, supplies, contracts, permits)
- Actively participate in regional events with ambassadors
- Create local event schedules and assign teams appropriately
- Provide market success feedback and meet administrative deadlines (reporting/recaps)

Responsabilità
- Between 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Sales or Promotional
- Minimum 1 year of experience in event planning and managing resources
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
