Experteer Overview In this role you will drive health and safety initiatives to ensure a safe working environment in a global logistics setting. You will align practices with ISO 45001 and Italian law, monitor safety KPIs, and lead risk assessments to prevent incidents. You will collaborate with the local QSHE team to deliver training and ensure up-to-date safety documentation. - Implement and promote health and safety strategies in compliance with ISO 45001 and Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008
- Support Health & Safety reporting system, review Safety KPIs, ensure policy adherence
- Conduct regular site inspections to evaluate safety and health compliance
- Perform risk assessments to identify hazards, evaluate risks, and implement preventive/corrective measures
- Develop and execute HSE process improvements, including incident investigations, CAPA and training materials




- Organize and control Safety and Health checks and ensure documentation (DVR, DUVRI, Safety Procedure) is up to date
- Conduct mandatory training in coordination with the ASPP of local QSHE team
- Support Medical Surveillance of workers

Responsabilità
- Trainer Occupational Safety & Health Qualification ex art 37 Italian Law Decree 81/2008
- Trainer Occupational Safety & Health Qualification ex art 73 (work equipments) Italian Law Decree 81/2008 (preferred)
- 1-2 years of national experience in the role
- Fluent in Italian and English (advanced)
- Strong MS Office proficiency (Advanced)
- ACAD user
- Proven ability to conduct risk assessments and implement safety standards
- Excellent collaboration, process improvement, and training development skills
