Experteer Overview In this role you plan and schedule construction-related materials, coordinating with supplier planning and operations to keep project milestones on track. You will monitor site progress, identify critical activities, and report risks to the project and operations teams. You’ll work with cross-functional groups to optimize the schedule, manage inventory, and support delivery of the project plan at the Avenza Plant. - Define and issue the project schedule for construction activities in coordination with suppliers
- Validate weekly progress reports from suppliers and update the schedule accordingly
- Highlight risks and potential bottlenecks;
communicate actual vs planned manpower analysis
- Collaborate with Operations and Supplier to address criticalities and suggest solutions




- Analyze detailed and recovery plans from suppliers and agree activities with subcontractors
- Interact with final customer representatives;
lead internal and customer progress meetings
- Coordinate material requirements and transactions with Engineering and Procurement
- Develop and update Inventory Balance estimation aligned to the sales plan

Responsabilità
- BSc Engineering
- Fluency in English and Italian;
EU work permit
- Knowledge of manufacturing management disciplines (production and inventory control, standard cost systems)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access)
- Willingness to meet challenging requirements;
