As MAT Lead, you drive brand activation on the front lines, placing Monster in markets through event sampling and strategic partnerships. You will build a strong network of ambassadors, influencers, and accounts to expand market presence and deliver measurable sales leads. You’ll lead a regional team, coach others, and ensure flawless event execution with tight operational discipline. This role offers hands-on impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where brand authenticity and results matter.Benefits
- Recruit, hire, and train Monster Ambassadors;
provide coaching to ensure brand accuracy
- Supervise regional operations and manage assets (storage facilities, inventory, vehicles, equipment)
- Execute regional strategy and manage goals for the market
- Build vendor and venue relationships;




generate sales opportunity leads
- Increase market knowledge and identify partner groups within targeted demographics
- Plan and manage all aspects of event planning (personnel, delivery, transportation, contracts, insurance, permits)
- Participate in regional events and create local event schedules
- Provide market feedback;
meet deadlines for reporting and administrative tasks

Responsibilities
- Bachelor in Business Administration
- 1–3 years in Marketing, Sales, or Promotional roles
- Minimum 1 year of experience in event planning and resource management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
