Overview Experteer OverviewIn this role you will act as the go-to expert for project document control, ensuring compliant and efficient management across the project lifecycle. You will harmonize processes, implement standards, and support continuous improvement of document control systems. You will enable transparent, high-quality documentation and collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients. You will drive adoption of best practices and training to sustain a learning culture and regulatory compliance. This role offers scope to shape how projects manage information and meet contractual obligations.Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate electronic documents and metadata across full lifecycles
- Maintain filing and document storage in electronic management systems
- Coordinate timely submission of documents to clients and track deadlines
- Oversee compilation and delivery of contractually required documents
- Lead documentation coordination meetings and define project-specific guidelines
- Act as gatekeeper for document control rules, standards, and quality




- Train users and provide problem-solving support for document management tools
- Develop standards for structured project documentation and progress reporting
- Support rollout of document control systems and tools and stay aligned with regulations and internal standards
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners to ensure alignment and quality

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in document control
- Technical or commercial qualification and/or a university degree
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and project environments
- Strong knowledge of document management systems (internal and market-standard)
- High IT affinity and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Fluent in Italian and English;
additional languages advantageous
- Strong understanding of project interfaces and cross-disciplinary requirements
- Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented
