Experteer Overview As Destination Manager, you drive the commercial and operational success of a portfolio of destinations and itineraries. You will shape product for international travelers with a focus on the US market, negotiating with suppliers to improve margins and quality. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to scale high-performing products and resolve live-issue situations. Own the commercial and operational performance of destinations and itineraries
Develop and improve itineraries for international travelers, with emphasis on the US market
Negotiate with suppliers and partners to enhance margin, quality, and customer experience
Build and manage relationships with DMCs, direct suppliers, and external producers
Analyze product performance to identify opportunities or issues in pricing, demand, quality, and operations
Resolve operational and customer issues in fast-moving scenarios,



including live incidents or emergencies
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Customer Care, and Finance to scale travel products
Responsabilità
~3+ years in travel product, contracting, buying, or related commercial roles
~ Strong English communication skills; Italian required
~ Experience with US source markets and destinations is a plus
~ Strong negotiation skills with external suppliers or partners
~ Commercial mindset with proven ability to improve performance, margin, or customer experience
~ Hands‑on, fast decision‑making ability with incomplete information
~ Thrives in fast-paced scale‑up environments under operational pressure
