Overview Experteer OverviewIn this role you manage end-to-end tissue converting projects in a global industrial setting, ensuring delivery on time, scope and budget using the Valmet Project Execution Model. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, production and customer sites, handling risks, changes and stakeholder communication. The job combines technical understanding with strong leadership to drive project milestones and profitability. Responsibilities Coordinate activities, resources and tasks from order intake to end commissioning
Follow the Valmet Project Execution Model and ensure targets for scope, quality, safety, delivery time and profitability
Drive milestones and monitor overall project progress
Manage changes after kick-off and organize design reviews
Identify risks, define mitigations and escalate issues when needed
Act as interface between customer, project team and internal stakeholders




Organize and manage customer FAT at manufacturing plant and provide progress updates
Coordinate internal project team and ensure cross-department collaboration
Act as Project Site Coordinator including safety and technicians coordination
Ensure proper documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications / Requisiti Degree in Business or equivalent
2-5 years of experience in project management
Experience in industrial environments (paper/tissue industry is a plus)
Business fluent English (minimum B2)
Availability to travel (60-100 days per year)
PMP certification (preferred)
MS Project knowledge (preferred)
Agile/Scrum certifications (preferred)
Compensation & Benefits Salary range 40,000–45,000 EUR/year
