Experteer Overview In this role you will manage composite material procurement for CFRP parts, coordinating with Planning to align on production needs. You will drive supplier scouting, end-to-end purchasing, and BOM management in a fast-paced, international team. Your work will focus on cost, quality, and delivery targets while advancing supplier capabilities and additive manufacturing initiatives. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead outsourcing projects for CFRP components and manage additive manufacturing items with varying complexity in collaboration with the Lead Buyer Monitor supplier performance with annual reviews to define improvement plans and future opportunities Contribute to commodity strategy alongside the Lead Buyer and scout new suppliers to enhance efficiency and technology Execute end-to-end purchasing activities based on project and production needs; issue POs ensuring delivery, quality, and cost targets Conduct RFQs, analyse offers, negotiate prices/terms, and manage order fulfilment Monitor QCD for the assigned scope and implement corrective actions,



elevate major issues to Lead Buyer Support supplier audits and maintain accurate reporting and KPIs for the commodity Work closely with Production Planning and other departments to identify criticalities and priorities Maintain regular reporting updates to the Lead Buyer and ensure professional execution of tasks Responsabilità Degree level in Engineering or Economics is preferred Previous composite purchasing experience in Motorsport/Aerospace/Automotive or similar high‐level industries with focus on CFRP items Strong commercial, analytical, and negotiation skills Knowledge of composite components Proficiency in English and MS Office (Excel) Resilience, attention to detail, teamwork and problem‐solving attitude Travel 0-10% Requisiti fondamentali On site Gym Premio scheme Annual salary review process Meal Tickets Free additional health insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr
