Quality Officer
Manufacturing We are supporting an international industrial company in the search for a Quality Plant Officer to join its plant operations team. This role focuses on supporting the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 standards, ensuring high levels of product quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with safety and environmental requirements. Support compliance with quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Monitor the correct application of internal processes and procedures
Quality Manual, procedures, quality plans)
Collect and analyze quality data; contribute to reportingand management reviews
Track quality KPIs and highlight deviations
Support the management of non-conformities and corrective actions
Contribute to statistical analysis related to quality performance
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Competenze ed esperienza A successful Quality Plant Officer should have:




A background in engineering or manufacturing, with a focus on quality processes.
Knowledge of quality management systems and relevant industry standards.
Proficiency in using quality monitoring tools and software.
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience
Previous experience in a Quality role within a manufacturing/industrial environment
Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems
Understanding of production processes and quality control techniques
Good organizational and communication abilitiesTeam-oriented mindset with cross-functional collaboration skills
Proficiency in MS Office and general IT tools
English level: at least B2
