Tax due diligence reviews of extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, acquisitions, contributions, etc.)
Corporate restructuring
Analyses of treatment of extraordinary transactions under national (OIC) and international (IAS/IFRS) standards
National and international tax opinions




Preparation of corporate income tax returns (Modello Unico and Modello IRAP)
0–3 years of professional experience at International Law Firms, the Big Four or Advisory Firms
~ A master’s degree in Economics (LM-77 or LM-56) or Law (LMG-01) with a final grade of at least 100/110
~ Intention to pursue professional practice as a Chartered Accountant or Lawyer
~ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
