What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day
- Lead the Plan & Order Point together with your team, driving business growth and creating a simple, inspiring and seamless customer experience.
- Put the customer at the centre by turning their needs into clear commercial actions and results.
- Grow and develop your team, building a positive, collaborative environment where people can perform and grow.

- Experience in commercial roles and in leading teams in customer-facing environments.
- A strong customer and business mindset, with the ability to spot opportunities and turn them into results.
- Ability to use data and insights to make decisions and improve performance.
- Positive leadership and strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust and develop people.
