Experteer Overview Join ABB Robotics to lead the transition to OneStream for group consolidation and reporting. You will manage the legacy HFM activities during the transition and ensure accurate reporting under US GAAP and evolving SoftBank IFRS requirements. You'll collaborate with the Financial Reporting Team and cross-functional accounting to deliver timely stand‐alone and group packages. This role shapes a best‐in‐class consolidation function in a fast‐paced, international environment. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead the transition to the OneStream consolidation system as part of the Finance Transformation Program
Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly consolidation of financial statements in accordance with US GAAP, supporting stand‐alone and SoftBank IFRS reporting
Monitor and ensure complete and accurate reporting of transactions in key consolidation areas (cash flow, equity, inventory profit eliminations, acquisitions, divestitures, disclosures)




Partner with Financial Reporting Team to prepare SoftBank reporting packages and external stand‐alone reporting deliverables
Coordinate with Finance and Accounting Operations teams to ensure timely submission of financial information for consolidation
Prepare and document consolidation adjustments; eliminate inter‐company balances and unrealized profits
Manage foreign currency translation, consolidation hierarchies, and group chart of accounts
Responsabilità Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
10+ years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and accounting within a multinational organization or Big Four
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS; hands‐on consolidation accounting experience
Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial consolidation systems; OneStream experience is a strong advantage
Affinity for BI solutions and willingness to learn new technolo
