Project & Service Manager Location: La Spezia, LIG, IT. Type: Full‑time, On‑site.
Salary: €37,000 – €42,000 per year. Contract: Indeterminate.
Herzum Software S.R.L. Unipersonale, part of the Catworkx group and an Atlassian Platinum Partner, is seeking a Project & Service Manager to support a local public administration client.
Responsibilities
- Manage operational relationship with the Technical Coordinator of the Ente.
- Support the RUP and the DEC through planning and reporting documentation.
- Coordinate the Presidio team and involved resources.
- Analyze criticalities and emergencies, propose corrective actions.
- Monitor and optimize operational processes for greater effectiveness and efficiency.
- Maintain and update RACI responsibility matrices.
- Review Support and Transition processes.
- Promote correct use and optimization of company tools.
- Collect and analyze new needs from the Ente, collaborate on technical‑organizational solutions.
- Communicate progress of activities and project initiatives.
- Act as Project Manager for change initiatives,



interfacing with DEC, RUP, Operating Committee, and for complex projects, Steering Committee / Project Board.
- Ensure compliance with agreed SLA levels.
- Manage backlog, operational priorities, pending tickets, and non‑worked activities.
- Improve perceived quality of delivered services.
- Validate documentation, operational procedures and manuals.
- Participate in evaluations related to technological evolution of services.
- Handle emergency situations and extraordinary activities.
- Participate in the Operating Committee and manage work progress status (SAL) in both Operating and Steering Committee meetings.

Qualifications
- Strong experience as Project Manager and/or Service Manager in structured environments.
- Experience managing IT services and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to interact with institutional stakeholders and management.
