Experteer Overview As Finance & Management Control Manager, you will lead accounting, reporting, and the evolution of management control systems in support of a Group ERP transition. You will oversee a small team, coordinate with the parent company, and ensure accurate financials, forecasting, and KPIs. The role sits at Turin HQ within an international manufacturing context, offering exposure to cross-border governance and digital transformation.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Supervise GL and cost accounting;
prepare monthly statements and management accounts
- Draft management reporting in English for the parent company (P&L;, cash flow, KPIs)
- Coordinate monthly/annual closings;
manage accruals and depreciation processes
- Develop and implement a structured management control system to replace Excel-based models
- Perform variance analysis against budget/forecast;
monitor KPIs
- Collaborate with external accounting firm for VAT and statutory obligations;
support annual financial statements
- Coordinate with Group auditors for audit activities
- Monitor cash flows;




manage treasury with parent company;
oversee credit lines
- Support ERP migration/transition;
ensure data migration continuity during transition

Responsabilità
- 7–10+ years of experience in related roles (Accounting Manager, Financial Controller, Head of Finance)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Fluent English (mandatory);
French strongly preferred
- Excellent command of Italian accounting standards (OIC) and knowledge of IFRS
- Knowledge of Italian tax and corporate obligations
- Advanced Excel skills;
experience with ERP systems (SAP, Navision/Business Central or equivalent)
- Proven ERP migration/implementation experience
- Strong leadership, analytical mindset, problem-solving;
bridge between local operations and HQ
