Role Overview Service Provider Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of our service provider ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of corporate strategy, operations, and cross‐functional collaboration, with the objective of building a high‐performing, scalable, and efficient service provider network. Key Responsibilities Service Provider Lifecycle Management & System Development Design and implement scalable frameworks covering the full lifecycle of service providers: sourcing, onboarding, capability integration, evaluation, and offboarding. Establish robust assessment, performance benchmarking, and elimination mechanisms to ensure consistent service quality. Lead service provider acquisition strategies aligned with business growth and operational needs. Operational Strategy & Execution Translate corporate strategy and market trends into short‐ and long‐term operational roadmaps. Analyze business needs and ensure optimal resource allocation between service providers and business lines. Drive operational initiatives to enhance commercial performance,



efficiency, and scalability. Service Quality & Performance Optimization Build and manage data‐driven monitoring systems to track service provider performance (KPIs, SLAs, cost efficiency). Conduct regular performance reviews and operational analysis to identify improvement levers. Lead continuous improvement initiatives including training, capability development, and process optimization. Improve service quality, cost control, and end‐user satisfaction. Cross‐Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Operations, and Customer Service teams to optimize platform functionalities and execution processes. Act as the key point of contact for service providers, ensuring strong partnerships and effective issue resolution.
