Manufacturing Experienced Professional - Production Planning & Scheduling
Responsible for planning and scheduling of the materials required to execute the business. Planner is responsible to issue the Project Schedule of construction activities in close coordination with supplier planning team and to monitor site execution performance in terms of time. During the whole duration of the project at Avenza Plant, the individual has the responsibility to update and review the schedule to identify critical activities that can jeopardize the schedule and contractual targets working closely with E&P; Planning Dept. He/She is responsible for monitoring and reporting criticalities to the Ops team and Project team through analysis of schedule, progress and risks. The individual is also responsible to determine the forecasted milestones completion and preparing with the site team a mitigation plan.
Define and issue the Project Schedule of construction activities in close coordination with suppliers
Validate the progress of the site activities submitted by suppliers on a weekly basis




Update the schedule according to actual status and highlight risks that could jeopardize the Project
Report actual vs planned manpower analysis and identify potential bottlenecks
Work together with Operations team and suppliers to suggest solutions to the criticalities shown by the analysis of the critical path
Analyze the detailed plan and recovery plan prepared by suppliers
Analyze and agree with subcontractors the activities to be accomplished, ensuring that the plan is respected
Interact with final customer local representatives
Design and lead progress meetings both internally and with the customer
Coordinate the material requirements and transactions, collaborating with the Engineering and Procurement Team
Be responsible for developing and updating Inventory Balance estimation according to sales plan
To be successful in this role you will:
