Experteer Overview In this role, you design and tailor organizational change management plans for AI‐focused customer engagements, turning AI use cases into actionable adoption strategies. You work with AI teams and stakeholders to map context, personas, and change impacts, applying a formal OCM framework to drive adoption. You'll create structured assets, identify risks, and align OCM with overall delivery plans. This is a hands‐on role that helps customers transform with AI while contributing to continuous improvement of OCM practices. Responsibilities Design OCM delivery drafts aligned to AI use cases (communication, training, readiness) Collaborate with AI teams and customer stakeholders to understand business context and user personas Apply OCM framework to develop adoption strategies supporting transformation goals Develop OCM assets (messaging frameworks, stakeholder maps, training outlines, readiness assessments)
