The Accout Manager HDS will develop relationships with stakeholders in the healthcare sector, especially Hazardous Drugs Preparation, by identifying their needs and providing products/solutions to satisfy those needs. Creation of a partnership relationship with hospital facilities and key stakeholders in the assigned area to develop sales of the existing product and solution portfolio. Promote market development activities for new products and solutions. Constant monitoring of the results achieved by the indirect team (agents and dealers) with respect to the commercial planning carried out, stimulating the identification of new projects and business opportunities in order to feed the Sales Funnel. Active support with stakeholders, in compliance with current regulations, in the various purchasing processes. Execution of sales strategies and tactics as defined by the Company; implementation of specific promotional programs; identification of new business opportunities and expansion of existing accounts within the assigned territory.



Support the achievement of annual financial objectives for the Division/Department through implementation of approved Sales & Marketing Plans and development of new business opportunities. Develop strong relationships with key decision makers and those influential in the purchasing process in order to secure orders for the Company's product range. This includes key opinion leading physicians. Maintain regular contact with distributors/importers re sales performance, new product developments, pricing, stock levels, etc. Ensure full understanding and implementation of local directives relating to Sales and Marketing activities including compliance with codes of conduct. Comply with relevant HSE legislation, corporate policies and procedures relating to safety and environmental matters.
