Experteer Overview In this role you will lead ESG and sustainability advisory engagements, shaping strategies for major Italian and international clients. You will work with cross-functional teams to embed sustainability into core business decisions and drive tangible impact. You'll manage client relationships, develop proposals, and mentor junior consultants, all while delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. This is an opportunity to guide strategic ESG initiatives and contribute to a global sustainability agenda with ERM. You will collaborate with a worldwide network of experts to innovate and strengthen ERM's capabilities.

Define and shape sustainability strategies for corporate and financial sector clients
Develop proposals, pricing, and client presentations
Build and expand client relationships in private equity, banking, and corporate finance




Mentor junior consultants and foster high-performance teamwork
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to high quality standards
Collaborate globally to contribute to ERM's capabilities and methods
Responsabilità 7–10 years in ESG and sustainability consulting in corporate and financial sectors
Strong knowledge of PRI, EDCI, SBTi, TCFD, GRESB, CDP, Ecovadis
Master's degree in Finance, Environmental Management, Engineering, or related fields
Ability to engage senior stakeholders (Heads of ESG, CIOs, Managing Partners)
Exceptional attention to detail and quality
Client-centric mindset with a proactive approach
Fluent English (C1); French or Spanish a plus
