Job Summary Within the Sales Team, Strikers manage customer relationships and negotiate with retail accounts in specific geographical areas, ensuring RedBull Perfect Store elements—availability, visibility, and additional placements—are achieved to drive sales of all RedBull products.
Responsibilities
- Grow and maintain relationships with retail accounts.
- Negotiate and secure Prime Store placements.
- Ensure availability, visibility, and placement of RedBull products.
- Work autonomously in a field-based environment.

Requirements
- Growth mindset and proactive approach.
- Ability to manage and cultivate good relationships.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with English language proficiency.
- Experience in FMCG is a plus.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Valid driving license.
- Travel 90‑100%.
