Role
R&D; Deployment Scientist – Oral Care — This is an entry‐level professional role with guided autonomy, delivering work with technical rigor, data integrity, and attention to detail while building expertise in oral care science and applications.
The position supports the execution and deployment of projects to enable commercialization and lifecycle management of oral care products. It works within a Deployment R&D; organization to contribute to formulation deployment and technical delivery, ensuring alignment with product, quality, and regulatory requirements.
This role focuses on the execution and deployment of existing technologies.
What you will do
Execute product deployment activities across projects
Execute defined activities within technical and consumer learning projects, with guidance from more experienced scientists
Develop knowledge in oral care science
Build understanding of the mode of action of oral care product performance and efficacy
Develop foundational knowledge of oral physiology and common oral conditions, and their relevance to product design, claims, and consumer benefits
