Overview In this role you help clients transform supply chain and manufacturing processes through digital platforms and change initiatives. You will work within cross-functional teams on customer sites in Milan to design, implement, and test digital solutions that improve performance. You will lead complex transformation programs and monitor outcomes, shaping impactful, data-driven changes. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and test digital platforms to support Supply Chain processes
Assess benefits of transformation initiatives and monitor performance pre- and post-change
Lead and coordinate complex business and digital transformation programs with project and change management




Collaborate within multifunctional teams on customer sites in Milan
Qualifications Master's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
Familiarity with Manufacturing and Supply Chain
Advanced skills in programming languages or logic (SQL, Javascript)
Strong knowledge of MS Office
Excellent English, with study/work experience abroad preferred
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure is a plus
