In this role you will lead Italy's end‐to‐end Surgery Supply Chain, aligning local execution with global priorities to drive service, cost efficiency and cash flow. You will act as the main supply chain liaison for Commercial, translating strategies into market‐level actions and ensuring reliable supply, product launch readiness and demand agility. You will foster cross‐functional collaboration across Planning, Customer Service, D&T;, Manufacturing, and Quality to deliver strong operational performance. - Partner with Italy Surgery Commercial leadership to enable growth through reliable supply, launches, deal support, PMR/LCM, and demand agility
- Own customer service performance,



create dashboards (OTIF, lead time, fill rate), drive corrective actions and align service with realities
- Represent Supply Chain in commercial leadership and orchestrate collaboration across Planning, Customer Service, D&T;, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance
- Lead regional service outcomes and rapid issue resolution with regional Plan teams; coordinate escalations and supply recovery plans
- Develop and lead a high‐performing EMEA planning organization; ensure robust talent development, succession planning, and diverse leadership
- Drive Continuous Improvement & Digitalization of the regional supply chain (ERP, OMP, analytics) and adopt best practices
- Ensure compliance and alignment with Quality and Regulatory Affairs in cross‐functional initiatives
