Role Overview
We are looking for a Head of Business Development to coordinate BDR activities, manage commercial pipelines, and contribute directly to new client acquisition across AI, digital,



and consulting services.
This role is focused on:
- managing and progressing active leads and opportunities,
- coordinating BDR execution and outbound activities,
- supporting commercial negotiations and pipeline growth,
- and helping scale the ecosystem’s business development operations

The role combines business development, sales execution, and commercial coordination responsibilities within a highly dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Execution
- Manage active leads, prospects, and commercial opportunities
- Drive follow-ups and opportunity progression across the pipeline
- Support proposal development and commercial negotiations
- Contribute directly to new client acquisition and deal closing
- Help recover stalled or inactive opportunities

BDR Coordination
- Coordinate and supervise BDR activities
- Ensure consistency and quality across outbound initi
