We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Milan. This role is ideal for a talented visual communicator who enjoys being directly involved in the creation and execution of projects, combining creativity, attention to detail, and strong technical skills.

Role Overview
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing and producing high-quality visual assets across a variety of channels and formats, supporting both client projects and internal creative initiatives.
We are looking for a hands-on professional with solid design experience, strong aesthetic sensibility, and the ability to independently manage projects while collaborating closely with the wider team.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce visual assets for digital and offline communication projects.




- Create content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, presentations, events, and print materials.
- Support the development and implementation of brand identity systems across multiple touchpoints.
- Adapt and localize creative materials while maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate with creative, account, and production teams throughout all project phases.
- Prepare final artwork and production-ready files for both digital and print applications.
- Contribute to pitch presentations and new business proposals.
- Support video editing and motion content production when required.
- Explore and integrate AI-powered creative tools and workflows into daily production activities.
- Ensure high standards of visual quality, accuracy, and attention to detail across all deliverables.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
