How You’ll Make An Impact
- Lead the technical development of project specific HV AC transmission solutions for Offshore Wind customers globally, especially the electrical transmission system package for connecting offshore platforms
- Assist the global sales team with presales support and actively promote and differentiate the solution against competition
- Perform analytic and diagnostic studies to determine most suitable technical solution to meet customer needs
- Lead and develop Base Solutions for Offshore Wind together with Product Management, R&D; and other Business Units based on the market requirements and respective customer interactions
- Drive evaluation of potential new and existing technologies and coordinate together with Product Management, the introduction of new technology / systems in the markets
- Share industry and product knowledge with the sales and operational teams to enhance pre-sales skills
- Gather market information to ensure updated market knowled
