Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an IT System & DevOps Technician - L1, based in Milan with the flexibility to work partially from home. Responsibilities include providing technical support, managing network and system administration tasks, addressing troubleshooting issues, and ensuring efficient IT operations. This role also involves working collaboratively to maintain and enhance the IT infrastructure, contributing to the seamless integration of cloud and DevOps practices within the organization.

Qualifications




- Service Desk and customer oriented
- Proficiency in Network Administration and core networking concepts such as routing, switching, and firewalls.
- Experience in Information Technology and Technical Support, with a focus on resolving hardware and software issues.
- Skills in System Administration, including managing servers, user accounts, and system updates.
- Strong problem-solving abilities for identifying and addressing system and network troubleshooting challenges.
- Effective communication and organizational skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Basic knowledge of cloud or DevOps principles is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Certifications in IT are a plus.
