In this role you will lead a high-impact, technically focused industrial group, owning performance and driving excellence across operations, commercial activity and governance. You will build structure, unlock efficiency, and steer a focused B2B organisation toward sustainable, profitable growth. You will work closely with the Board to shape strategy and ensure compliance and disciplined execution. This opportunity offers influence over manufacturing dynamics and strategic transformation in a high-performance setting.

- Drive end-to-end performance against targets across production, commercial, and support functions
- Improve EBITDA through operational excellence, pricing discipline, and cost control
- Restructure commercial and operations areas with clear processes and roles
- Oversee capacity utilisation and resource allocation to boost productivity and service
- Define and monitor KPIs and implement advanced reporting and control tools

Responsabilità
- 10–20 years of progressive leadership in technical B2B industrial environments
- Experience combining commercial responsibility with production/logistics processes
- Proven track record as CEO, General Manager, or COO with full P&L; accountability
- Degree in Engineering or Business/Economics; MBA is a plus
- Native or fluent Italian and fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong grasp of manufacturing dynamics, commercial levers, and financial planning
- Proven ability to design and implement processes and drive efficiency
- Pragmatic vision, execution mindset, and high ownership
