As Global Lease and Portfolio Manager, you will design, implement, and run a centralized Lease & Portfolio Management Center of Excellence to standardize processes, ensure data quality, and enable transparent decision‐making across ABB's real estate portfolio. You'll lead a cross‐functional team, collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Real Estate, and drive digitization and controls. This role supports ABB's strategic growth by delivering a single source of truth for lease data and portfolio performance. You will shape the governance, data quality, and tools that enable efficient real estate management at scale.

- Design and implement the Lease & Portfolio Management Center of Excellence, including scope, operating model, governance, and KPIs
- Define global standards, processes, and controls for lease and portfolio management
- Act as global subject matter expert for lease and portfolio management topics
- Lead the implementation of a new lease and portfolio management tool




- Own end‐to‐end lease administration activities across the global portfolio (abstraction, data validation, critical date management, rent/escalation/indexation, payment tracking)
- Maintain a global view of the lease portfolio to support transparency, optimization, and decision‐making
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems
- Build and develop a centralized lease and portfolio management team as the CoE matures
- Partner with Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Legal, Tax, and Procurement
- Support financial close, audits, and reporting (lease accounting inputs)
- Drive process efficiency, standardization, and automation across lease and portfolio management
- Develop dashboards and reporting to enhance transparency and decision‐making
- Establish internal controls and drive remediation for risks and compliance

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
