Lime is hiring a Project Manager, Operational Reporting & Insights to join our Central Operations team, specifically embedded within Repair Operations In this role, you will be the driving force behind the data visualizations and metrics that power our in-warehouse operations globally. You will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency and quality improvements by transforming raw data into actionable insights that help our warehouse teams thrive.
The ideal candidate is an expert data storyteller who is deeply passionate about solving complex operational puzzles. You have a proven track record of driving tangible operational improvements through data insights across large,
global organizations and possess the cross-cultural experience required to unite diverse international teams. If you are highly analytical, comfortable working closely with both frontline mechanics, ops leaders, and data scientists, and enjoy flagging trends before they become hurdles, this role is for you.
This is a remote position with a requirement for candidates to reside in Europe with a preference for candidates residing in London, Paris, Rome, Milan, Berlin, Budapest, Barcelona, and Lisbon to maintain effective collaboration across teams.
This position requires occasional travel to support business operations, which is considered an essential function of the role. Lime will provide reasonable accommodations as needed.
