Role Overview
Service Provider Operations Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of our service provider ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of corporate strategy, operations, and cross‑functional collaboration, with the objective of building a high‑performing, scalable, and efficient service provider network.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Provider Lifecycle Management & System Development
- Design and implement scalable frameworks covering the full lifecycle of service providers: sourcing, onboarding, capability integration, evaluation, and offboarding.
- Establish robust assessment, performance benchmarking, and elimination mechanisms to ensure consistent service quality.
- Lead service provider acquisition strategies aligned with business growth and operational needs.
- Operational Strategy & Execution
- Translate corporate strategy and market trends into short‑ and long‑term operational roadmaps.
- Analyze business needs and ensure optimal resource allocation between service providers and business lines.




- Drive operational initiatives to enhance commercial performance, efficiency, and scalability.
- Service Quality & Performance Optimization
- Build and manage data‑driven monitoring systems to track service provider performance (KPIs, SLAs, cost efficiency).
- Conduct regular performance reviews and operational analysis to identify improvement levers.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives including training, capability development, and process optimization.
- Improve service quality, cost control, and end‑user satisfaction.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Operations, and Customer Service teams to optimize platform functionalities and execution processes.
- Act as the key point of contact for service providers, ensuring strong partnerships and effective issue resolution.
