building long-term PI/site staff relationshipsDrive patient recruitment by engaging with PIs and optimizing enrolment plansCollaborate with CRAs/site coordinators to align recruitment and site prioritiesFoster cross-department collaboration at trial sites to improve patient identification and enrolmentMonitor recruitment metrics and proactively mitigate enrolment risksProvide Sponsor oversight of CRO monitoring, focusing on CRA performance and adherence to processesConduct Sponsor Oversight Visits (SOVs) and study progress visits for compliant monitoringAttend PSVs, SIVs, IMVs and COVs as defined with the Lead CSMDeliver motivational visits to re-energise site engagement and performanceEnsure data quality and integrity through on-site and remote review in line with ICH GCP and local regulationsIdentify operational and site-level issues, escalation risks appropriately, and drive timely resolutionMaintain accountability for long-term site partnerships with actionable insights for the study teamEstablish regular PI engagement to discuss study progress and recruitment plansReport site status, performance insights, risks, and mitigations to Lead CSMWork across multiple trials to ensure consistent Sponsor presence and oversightResponsabilitàMinimum 6 years
