We are looking for dedicated people who are passionate about delighting our guests.
Duties:
Handling guest luggage when guests arrive and leave
Is responsible for parking guest vehicles
Shoe shine service for guests
Runs errands
Ensures that the hotel lobby is neat and clean
Provides guests with information regarding local conditions and events
Your profile:
Work experience as a porter
Completed hospitality vocational training
Excellent German and English skills; additional languages are desirable
Familiarity with local surroundings to provide guests with information
Strong service and quality orientation
Outstanding communication skills and a compelling and engaging demeanor
A can‐do attitude, hands‐on mentality, and strong solution orientation
Team player
