The District Manager will oversee and lead the regional sales team, driving sales performance, coaching representatives, and ensuring compliance with company policies while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. Location Northeast Italy, preferably Veneto or Emilia‐Romagna. Responsibilities Collaborate with the National Sales Director for Women's Health to design a territory business plan aligned with the Business Unit strategy. Lead, coach, and monitor the field force to execute the business plan, focusing on territory management, communication skills, product knowledge, data analysis, and digital tools. Optimize team productivity and leverage digital platforms to enhance sales strategies and customer engagement. Develop and retain talent within the field force. Plan and execute activities and projects within the allocated budget. Ensure all activities comply with the company strategy and policies, including Organon's Code of Conduct. Manage key accounts, expanding product presence within targeted accounts.



Build internal and external relationships with stakeholders to support patient and business outcomes. Collaborate with other departments (Medical, Marketing, Commercial, SFE, Training, BD, etc.) to create synergies and reinforce Organon's brand value. Provide timely updates and feedback to the National Sales Director. Report market trends, unmet needs and opportunities to the internal team. Train and supervise implementation of Organon's Code of Conduct. Qualifications Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate others, lead through change, and achieve business objectives. Strong organizational and analytical skills, with experience analysing sales data and using reporting software. Willingness to travel as required to nurture relationships. Broad leadership experience with ability to influence peers, coach colleagues, and drive meaningful outcomes. Prior sales experience, preferably in Women's Health. Experience in project management and leading
