Sales Line: we are a headhunting company working with more than 140 SMEs and multinational companies across Italy and Europe.
We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Officer responsible for managing orders and handling customer requests.
2-3 years of experience in similar roles and contexts, good knowledge of the English language, mental flexibility and a proactive attitude.
The Customer Service Officer is responsible for:
Recording customer orders in the system, verifying data (product codes, quantities, prices), and updating information to ensure traceability;
Ensuring and following up on the fulfillment of sales orders and organizing efficient transport,



monitoring the process and maintaining communication with customers;
Preparing required documentation, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations;
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel ;
~ Knowledge of SAP is considered a plus;
~ Good knowledge of the English language ;
~ Arzignano (VI) with 11 days per month of remote work.
