We are looking to complement our kitchen team with a creative and passionate Commis Chef (m/f/d). In our philosophy of active and healthy living, the kitchen plays a central role. Using regional and high-quality products, our kitchen team prepares detailed dishes that enchant the senses. The well-coordinated team creates a pleasant and inspiring work atmosphere.
Responsibilities
Preparing dishes according to the instructions of the Chef de Partie




Decorating and plating daily changing dishes
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and at your workstation
Collaborating with other kitchen team members to ensure maximum efficiency and food quality
Adhering to hygiene and food safety regulations
Qualifications
Completed training
Experience in the kitchen
Team player
Creativity and passion for cooking
Fluent in German and/or Italian
