Experteer Overview In this role you will drive field issue resolution by coordinating with factory, manufacturing engineering, build quality, design engineering and customer support. You collect information from technical cases and warranty claims, and collaborate with suppliers on Product Problem Resolution. You monitor warranty claims and lead actions to resolve issues quickly, ensuring timely feedback from factory to Customer Support. You engage with multiple stakeholders to improve product quality and field support, helping AGCO advance farming solutions.
