Metlen Energy & Metals is looking for an Electrical Site Engineer to join the M Renewables team. Responsibilities Perform pre‐condition site surveys. Initial site setup and establishment (supported by the HSE site manager). Provide technical support and guidance to the installation team and other project members. Ensure correct implementation of electrical drawings by the main subcontractor. Supervise subcontractor schedule and works. Report to the project manager any deviations from the PoW or scope by subcontractors. Assist the team with the construction flow and timetable. Qualifications BSc or MEng in Electrical Engineering; MSc in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering is considered an advantage.



In‐depth knowledge of solar power systems, electrical design, and relevant codes and standards. Proven track record (2‐5 years) in the construction of solar parks is considered an advantage. Ability to interpret electrical, mechanical and civil construction drawings is essential. Fluency in English and Italian is essential. Knowledge of AUTOCAD.
