To support our continuous growth, we are looking for an AI Engineer,



with solid computer engineering skills and a specialization in artificial intelligence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, and the ability to design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI solutions. The role also involves data analysis, model fine-tuning, and the design of custom algorithms to address specific business needs.

Role and responsibilities
Translate business requirements into scalable and robust AI solutions, collaborating with technical and product stakeholders
Design end-to-end AI architectures, evaluating trade-offs between quality, latency, cost, and maintainability. Starting from process/service/product needs and/or specifications, design and develop AI pipelines based on Large Language Models (proprietary and open source), integrating them into company products and services
