Assistant Store Manager – Galleria Borromea (Milano)
Location: Centro Commerciale Galleria Borromea, Pescheria Borromeo, Milano.
Responsibilities
Coordinate staff management: schedule organisation, training, performance monitoring and growth promotion.
Organise and plan all store activities according to priorities, period and staff in agreement with the Store Manager.
Reach sales targets and together with the Store Manager define store marketing strategies by analysing sales data, KPIs and trends, forecasting revenue and managing stock.
Ensure customers experience the best possible service following the company values and sales guidelines.
Guarantee an attractive store layout, product and window arrangements, following company directives to maximise sales and fulfil outlet rules.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in the role or 3 years of retail experience.
Dynamic, proactive, highly organised, multitasking, ambitious.
Experience in managing, developing and leading a team.
Analytical and decision‐making skills based on sales data and KPIs.




Proven ability to provide excellent customer experience regardless of circumstances.
Ability to identify current trends, report results, draw relevant conclusions and recommend actions to the Store Manager.
Experience planning and executing events to attract visitors and generate traffic.
Good knowledge of English (B2).
Prior experience with a premium brand is a plus.
